डॉ. विकास आमटे आणि डॉ. प्रकाश आमटे यांच्या आनंदवन व हेमलकसा ह्या प्रकल्पांना भेट देण्याची इच्छा अनेकांना असते. उन्नयन टूर्सच्या माध्यमातून, सन २००९ पासून अक्षरशः हजारो पर्यटकांनी ह्या अनोख्या प्रकल्पांना भेट दिली आहे. उन्नयन टूर्ससोबतची ही प्रकल्प भेट म्हणजे हे अनोखे प्रकल्प जवळून अनुभवण्याची आणि ह्या अनोख्या माणसांशी थेट संवाद साधण्याची ही एक सुसंधीच.
आनंदवन – १९५१ साली बाबा आमटे ह्यांनी केवळ कुष्ठरोग्यांसाठी सुरु केलेला हा छोटासा प्रकल्प आज सुमारे ५००० लोकांच्या एका स्वयंपूर्ण गावामध्ये रुपांतरीत झाला आहे. आज येथे रूग्णालयाखेरीज अनाथालय, शाळा व महाविद्यालय, अंध व मूकबधिर मुलांची शाळा, हातमाग, यंत्रमाग, हस्तकला, शिवणकला, ग्रिटिंग कार्ड विभाग, प्रिंटीग प्रेस, डेअरी असे नानाविध उपक्रम राबवले जातात. देशातला सर्वांत मोठा बायोगॅस प्रकल्प इथे आहे. सुमारे १५० शारीरिक विकलांग व्यक्तींचा स्वरानंदवन वाद्यवृंद, केवळ पायाने सुईत दोर ओवून ग्रीटिंग कार्ड्स बनवणारी शकुंतला, हाताची बोटेच नसलेल्या गोविंदाचे काष्ठशिल्प प्रदर्शन ही आनंदवनाची आणखी काही वैशिष्ट्य.
लोक बिरादरी प्रकल्प, हेमलकसा – १९७४ साली गडचिरोलीच्या निबिड जंगलात भारतातील सर्वात मागास अश्या माडीया, गोंड ह्या आदिवासी जमातींसाठी सुरु झालेला हा प्रकल्प. वर्तमान जगाशी कुठलाच संबंध नसलेल्या ह्या आदिवासींना अत्यंत प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीत डॉ. प्रकाश आमटे आणि त्यांच्या सहकार्यांनी आज नवी ओळख दिली आहे. रूग्णालयानंतर सुरु झालेल्या लोक बिरादरीच्या शाळेत शिकलेली मुले आज डॉक्टर, इंजिनियर होत आहेत. डॉ. प्रकाश आमटे ह्यांचे प्राण्यांचे अनाथालय हे सुद्धा प्रकल्पाचे आणखी एक वैशिष्ट्य.
सोमनाथ – श्रमिक विद्यापीठाच्या संकल्पनेतून साकारलेला, विदर्भाच्या दुष्काळी भागात आनंदवनातील पुनर्वसित माणसांनी फुलवलेला हा शेतीचा स्वर्गच! पाण्याच्या नियोजनाचे यशस्वी प्रयोग करीत आज सोमनाथ प्रकल्प देशातील कृषी प्रक्रियेचं एक आदर्श मॉडेल बनला आहे. पाणी अडवण्यासाठी येथे श्रमदानातून बांधलेले तलाव, विशेषत: टाकाऊ वस्तूंमधून बांधलेला टायरचा बंधारा ही सोमनाथ प्रकल्पाची आणखी काही वैशिष्ट्य.

Tour Cost
Rs. 13,500/- Per Person + Train Fare
(Per person return train fare for III AC is approx Rs. 3,500/-)

Payment Schedule:
- Rs. 10,000/- Per Person (At the time of booking)
- Balance amount (including train fare) can be paid two week prior to tour dates.
Tour Cost Includes :
- Guest House Accommodation at all the project (sapareate accommodation for Gents & Ladies)
- All Veg Meals as per itinerary,
- Nagpur to Nagpur AC Transportation,
- All Entry Fees, Permits,Toll and Parking
- All Taxes.
Tour Cost Excludes:
- Train / Air Tickets upto Nagpur,
- Any kind of personal expenses,
- Any kind of item not mentioned into cost includes.
Kindly note that:
- There are no saparate rooms available at any project. Saparate gents & ladies accommodation is available at all the guest houses. So kindly pack your bags accordingly.
- All basic amenities like bed, bedsheets, western toilet, hot water is available at all the guest house. Do not expect any kind of luxury like AC, WiFi
- For your convenience, we can also book your Train Tickets for this tour without charging anything extra other than actual train fare.
Payment Terms:
- Participant will be confirm only against the payment of advance (Rs. 10,000/- per person). Balance amount can be paid two weeks prior to tour dates. You can directly transfer the funds to our ICICI Bank account. Bank details are available in ‘Book Now’ section of website.
